Search for a Reward Class

The search feature on the Reward Classes screen allows you to search for a specified text string anywhere within the Display Name or Internal Name of the Reward Class.

To search for a Reward Class:

1. Select Rewards from the top navigation bar, then select Settings > Reward Classes from the side navigation menu. The Reward Classes screen is displayed.

2. Optionally, in the Search field, enter the desired text string.

3. Click the Search icon. The screen is refreshed to show only the Reward Classes that meet your search criteria. If you entered multiple search criteria, the Reward Class must meet ALL criteria.

4. To sort the search results, select the desired sort order from the Sort By drop-down menu. The default sort order is by: Reward Class ID.

5. Optionally, to remove all search criteria and revert to the default criteria, click the Clear icon.
